SEO that brings in leads. And keeps working when the ads are off.

Local search and Google Maps, dedicated pages for services and cities, technical work and content. Slower than ads — but the traffic doesn’t vanish with the budget.

“SEO is the only channel where what you’ve spent doesn’t reset to zero the moment the budget stops. But you’ll have to wait months for results, and I say so before we start.”

Why people come to me

Four situations where I’m usually needed

You have a site, but nobody finds it

It ranks first for your company name and nowhere for your services. Customers search for the service, not for you by name.

Everything depends on ads

Switch off the budget and the leads stop the same day. You need a channel that doesn’t stop with the payment.

Competitors rank higher

They’re on page one, you’re on page three, even though your services and prices are comparable. It usually comes down to site structure, not budget.

You’re not on the map

You opened a new location or entered a new city, and Google Maps shows nothing. Local search often brings leads cheaper than ads.

What’s included

What the work consists of

The order depends on the state of the site: sometimes we start with the technical side, sometimes straight with structure and pages.

Technical audit

Indexing errors, duplicates, broken links, speed, mobile version. Everything that keeps the site out of search results altogether.

Keyword research and clustering

I collect the searches people actually use to find you and group them into future pages.

Site structure

A dedicated page for every service and every city. One page can’t rank for everything at once.

Page copy

I write it myself — for people, not robots. Walls of keywords have long been working against sites.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile, maps, categories, photos, review management. For city-based services, that’s half the result.

Internal linking and schema markup

Links between pages and structured data, so search engines understand your business, prices and services.

Loading speed

Images, caching, unnecessary scripts. A slow site loses both rankings and visitors.

Content and blog

If the niche needs expertise — articles answering real customer questions. In legal and medical topics you can’t do without them.

Backlinks

Carefully and to the point. Buying a thousand links for a hundred euros is a quick way to get a penalty.

Report

Rankings, organic traffic and — most importantly — leads from search. Once a month, in plain language.

How it works

Six months, month by month

SEO isn’t a sprint. Below is an honest picture of what happens and when results appear.

Month 1
Audit and foundationsTechnical review, keyword research, structure plan. I fix errors that block indexing. Rankings won’t grow this month — that’s normal.
Month 2
Structure and pagesWe create pages for services and cities, write the copy, set up internal linking and markup.
Month 3
Local searchGoogle Business Profile, maps, reviews, categories. This is usually when the first leads from search appear.
Month 4–5
Content and linksArticles answering real customer questions, careful link building, expanding the keyword set.
Month 6
Visible resultsKeywords reach the top, organic traffic grows, you see a flow of leads from search. Next comes expanding into new services and cities.

If you need leads right now, don’t start with SEO — start with ads. The honest option: we launch Google Ads for a flow of leads today and grow organic traffic in parallel, so in six months you depend less on the budget. That’s what I usually suggest.

Pricing

What SEO costs

A detailed technical audit with a written report costs €150, and that amount is deducted from the first month if we start working together. → All access, copy and pages stay with you whatever happens.
Monthly payment

No twelve-month contract. But SEO never delivers results in a month — I say so at the start.

Reports in leads

Not just rankings and traffic, but how many enquiries came from search.

No grey-hat methods

No doorway pages or bulk link buying. A penalty takes longer to fix than ranking a site does.

FAQ

Questions about SEO

The free review takes twenty minutes: I look at your site and the search results and tell you whether it makes sense to invest in SEO in your niche at all. A technical audit is two or three days of work: a full site review, keywords, rankings, top competitors and a written report with a list of pages and a three-month plan. It costs €150 and is deducted from the first month if we start working together.

The first ranking movements come after two or three months, a noticeable flow of leads usually by month six. In local search and Google Maps it can be faster — results there can show up within a month or six weeks. If you need enquiries in the coming weeks, SEO is not the right tool, and I’ll tell you that directly.

No. Rankings depend on Google’s algorithms, your competitors and their budgets — not variables anyone can control by contract. What I can guarantee is the scope of work, transparent reporting and that I don’t use methods that get sites penalised.

Usually not: I work with what you have. A new one is needed if the current site is technically hopeless — it doesn’t work on mobile, takes seven seconds to load or is built so search engines can’t see the content. In that case I’ll tell you straight away, with numbers, not hints. I build landing pages and websites myself, from €200.

Often yes, but not head-on. Instead of trying to rank for the most expensive keyword, it makes sense to win specific services, districts and cities — competition there is lower and the customer is warmer. The financial niche where we got +350% traffic was exactly like that.

It depends on where you operate. The rule is simple: one page — one search query and one city. Ten services in three cities means thirty pages, and they don’t get built in a week. During the review I’ll show you which ones to start with so the first leads come sooner.

Everything that was done: pages, copy, the fixed technical side, your Google Business Profile, the rankings you’ve built. Organic traffic doesn’t switch off on the day of the last payment — without support it slowly declines, but it doesn’t drop to zero the way ads do.

I write it myself. From you I need facts: what services you offer, what makes you different, what customers ask most often. In medicine and law I also ask an expert to proofread articles before publishing — in those niches a mistake in the text costs more than a ranking.

Free review

I’ll tell you whether you should start with SEO at all

A short twenty-minute review: I’ll look at your site and the search results and tell you whether SEO makes sense for you specifically. If ads would be faster and cheaper, I’ll say so — rather than sell you six months of work.

What you get

  • A quick look at your site and the search results
  • Roughly which searches people use to find you
  • An honest assessment: whether to start with SEO
  • A budget and timeline range

What you won’t get
