DISTURBEEDI Ads review

Facebook and Instagram adsthat bring in leads.

I run paid social: I segment audiences, test creatives, watch the cost per lead and scale what pays off. Reach and likes are a side effect, not the result.

“When a creative stops working, you can see it in the numbers within a couple of days. Replacing it on time is part of the job, not an extra service.”

Why people come to me

Four situations where I’m usually needed

Leads are expensive or off-target

Leads come in, but half of them are “just looking”. Usually it comes down to which audience the creative was shown to and what it promised.

Creatives burn out

It worked for the first week, then the cost per lead started creeping up. You need a steady flow of new variations, not one lucky design.

You used the “Boost” button

The money went, the likes came, no leads. Boosting a post and running an ad campaign are different tools.

No idea what a customer costs

The ad account shows one set of numbers, the CRM another, and nobody can match them up. Most often neither the pixel nor the events are set up.

What’s included

What I do with your ad account

Same approach whether you’ve never run ads or inherited the account from a previous contractor.

Niche and competitor analysis

I look at what they’re running in the Ad Library: which promises, formats and offers the market has already tested at their expense.

Audience segmentation

Interests, location, behaviour, lookalikes from people who already bought. Separate setups for cold and warm audiences.

Creatives and copy

I prepare designs and scripts. If a shoot is needed, I write a brief on what and how to film, down to the storyboard.

Pixel and Conversions API

Events from the site go into the ad account, so the algorithm optimises for leads and purchases, not clicks.

Campaign structure

Split by objective and segment, so the budget can be moved deliberately instead of switching everything off at once.

Testing setups

Several audiences and creatives in parallel, switching off the weak ones, scaling whatever brings leads at the right price.

Remarketing

Bringing back people who viewed a product, started filling in a form or messaged you and disappeared.

Daily optimisation

Paid social moves faster than search: bids and creatives need attention every day, not once a week.

A clear report

How much was spent, how many enquiries came in, what each one cost and which setup brought them.

Access stays with you

Business Manager, pixel and audiences are registered to you. They’re your asset, not mine.

How it works

The first month, week by week

After that it’s ongoing creative work: in paid social, what wins isn’t a one-off setup but a steady flow of new variations.

Week 1
Analysis and preparationI review the niche, competitors in the Ad Library and your current account. I check the pixel and events on the site and build audiences.
Week 1–2
Creatives and launchI prepare the first designs and copy for different segments and build the campaign structure. We launch once you’ve approved it.
Week 2–3
TestingSeveral setups run in parallel. I switch off the weak ones; promising ones get more budget.
Week 4
First conclusionsYou can see which audiences and formats work, the cost per enquiry and lead quality. I show you the report and the plan for next month.
Next
Creative flow and scalingNew variations replace burnt-out ones, remarketing, expanding locations and audiences.

To be honest about timing: leads usually start in the first few days, but there’s nothing to base conclusions about cost per enquiry on before a month. And the first setup is almost never the best one: the winning one is found by testing, not guessing.

Meta Ads results

Projects from different niches and countries. Some I ran as part of the BulStream agency — those are marked.

What we did

Two different audiences — dealers and private buyers — needed different promises and different creatives.

  • Separate setups and landing pages for B2B and B2C
  • Creatives for each segment, regular replacement of burnt-out ones
  • Remarketing to people who browsed the catalogue
  • Site events sent to the ad account before launch

Meta budget€13,462

What we did

The company was opening an office in Sofia: no awareness, no audience, no flow of enquiries.

  • Set up Facebook and Instagram, created a visual style and content plan
  • Segmented the audience by interests, location and behaviour
  • Launched targeting focused on the local audience
  • Leads went into the CRM automatically

What we did

There were sales, but they were unstable: the budget was spent unevenly, there was no analytics, and the landing page was losing visitors.

  • Audit of ads, website and competitors
  • Set up analytics and events
  • Rebuilt the landing page: conversion and speed
  • Split creatives into sales and remarketing, optimised daily

FAQ

Questions about paid social

The free review is a twenty-minute conversation: I look at your ad account and site, tell you what I see at first glance and where I’d start. A detailed audit is a day of work: reviewing audiences and setups, checking the pixel and events, analysing competitors in the Ad Library and a written plan. It costs €150 and is deducted from the first month if we start working together.

I make the designs and copy — it’s part of management. If a shoot is needed, I write a brief: what to film, which shots, what to say. You can shoot on a phone; in most niches that works better than studio images. A videographer, if you decide to hire one, is paid separately.

No. €500 a month is payment for my work. You pay the budget directly to Meta from your own card and see every charge in your own account.

About €1,000 a month. Paid social works through testing: you need to try several audiences and creatives at once. On a smaller budget the algorithm never gets out of the learning phase, and you pay for statistics that still won’t be enough to draw conclusions.

It happens, especially in sensitive niches. I follow the platform’s rules to reduce the risk and help you get through the review if a ban does happen. I won’t promise it will never happen — that’s not in my control.

Usually from the first days after launch. But the first setup is almost never the best one: the winning one is found through two or three weeks of testing. So the first month is partly about buying data, and I say this before we start.

No, and I’d be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your niche, offer, prices and how you handle enquiries. What I guarantee: transparent spend, events that work, daily work on the campaigns and the option to stop after any month.

It is: leads can be collected through a lead form inside Facebook or in direct messages. But those leads are almost always cheaper and colder — the person hasn’t seen your prices or any details. If the niche allows it, it’s usually more profitable to build a €200 landing page and send traffic there. We’ll work out both options during the review.
