Disturbeedi · Websites, ads and analytics

A website in a week.Ads that pay for it.

I build websites from €200 and bring them customers myself — Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO. One person for the whole journey: from page structure to the report showing what each lead cost.

Who this is for

This is for you if any of this sounds familiar

You have a website, but no leads

It looks good, loads fast, everything works — and enquiries come in ones and twos. Almost always the problem is the structure and what the first screen says.

Ads spend money but don’t pay off

Clicks come in, reports arrive, revenue stays flat. Nobody tracks what a lead cost or how many leads turned into customers.

Contractors blame each other

The developer says the ads are the problem, the ads specialist says it’s the website. And you’re the one left to sort it out.

Approach

How this differs from hiring an agency

01

Website and ads — one person

The page is built for the traffic that will land on it. You never get the ads contractor blaming the website and the developer blaming the ads.

02

From brief to launch — one week

Structure and offers are agreed on day two, the site goes live on day seven. You always know what stage the project is at.

03

Prices stated up front

Every service on the site has a price range. No “we’ll quote you individually” instead of a number, and no surprises on the invoice.

04

I count leads, not clicks

Analytics are set up so you can see the cost per enquiry and which channel brings in customers. Impressions and reach on their own tell you nothing.

Comparison

Who I usually get compared with

I’m not cheaper than a studio or more versatile than an agency. The difference is where responsibility ends.

Services

What does your business need?

You can take one service or combine several into a system: the website captures the lead, ads bring the people, analytics show what’s actually working.

Websites and landing pages

I build websites that explain the value of your product and take the visitor all the way to an enquiry. Structure, design, mobile version, forms and analytics are planned together — not one after another by different people.

Google Ads

Search, remarketing, Shopping campaigns. I work on campaign structure, search terms and conversions. If you already run campaigns, I rebuild the keyword set — that’s usually where the lost money is.

from €500 / moMore about Google Ads

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram: I segment audiences, test creatives, watch the cost per lead and scale what already brings leads at the right price.

from €500 / moMore about Meta Ads

SEO

Technical health of the site, page structure, local search and Google Maps, dedicated pages for services and cities. Slower than ads, but it doesn’t switch off when the budget does.

from €500 / moMore about SEO

CRM and analytics

Capturing and routing leads, CRM integration, conversion tracking, reporting. So you can see which channel brings enquiries and which one just burns budget.

from €500 per projectMore about CRM and analytics

Prices are for my work. The ad budget is paid separately, directly to Google and Meta — it never goes through me. A sensible minimum for running ads is about €1,000 a month; below that the algorithms have nothing to learn from.

How it works

A website in seven days

That’s the timeline for a standard project. An online store or custom functionality takes longer — I’ll tell you right away, not halfway through.

Day 1
ReviewI look at your niche, your competitors and how people search for you. If you have an old site and ads, I work out what exactly isn’t working.
Day 2
Structure and offersWe agree on what we tell the customer and in what order. This is the step most people skip — and then wonder why there are no leads.
Day 3–4
Design and buildI show you the first screen separately: if you don’t like the direction, we change it before the whole site is built.
Day 5
Copy, forms, analyticsForms and messengers, leads sent to Telegram or your CRM, GA4 and goals. The site starts counting from day one.
Day 6
RevisionsI collect your comments in one list and work through them. Revisions are included until sign-off.
Day 7
LaunchDomain, speed, indexing, testing on phones. Then ads and promotion, if you need them.

Case studies

Numbers, not promises

Results from projects in different niches and countries. Some of them I ran as part of the BulStream agency — those are marked. Some clients are not named because of NDAs.

The brief

The company was repositioning and wanted everything at once: a rebrand, a website and a flow of leads in two segments — dealers and end buyers.

  • New logo, palette and brand elements
  • Main website plus two separate landing pages — B2B and B2C
  • Google Ads: Search and Display
  • Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram for each segment

Google Ads · €7.63 per lead1,274
Total ad budget€23,185

The brief

The company was opening an office in Sofia and entering a new market from scratch: no website, no brand awareness, no flow of enquiries.

  • Website with a car catalogue and lead capture forms
  • CRM integration and automated lead handling
  • Facebook and Instagram setup, content strategy, visual style
  • Audience segmentation by interests, location and behaviour
  • Google Ads on relevant searches plus Meta targeting

The brief

Leads came from different sources and got lost, managers worked in an old CRM, and the ads wouldn’t scale. Everything had to be brought into one system and the flow of enquiries increased.

  • Move to a new CRM, telephony integration, automatic capture of leads from the website, social media and calls
  • Rebuilt the service pages and blog — the site’s conversion rate went up by 10%
  • Two separate landing pages for specific services
  • Rebuilt the keywords and structure in Google Ads, found a working setup in Meta
  • Instagram, Telegram and TikTok: some videos reached up to 350,000 views

The brief

There were sales, but they were unstable: the budget was spent unevenly, there was no proper analytics, and the landing page was losing visitors.

  • Audit of the business, website and ads, competitor review and growth points
  • Set up Facebook and Google analytics
  • Rebuilt the landing page: conversion and loading speed
  • Segmented the audience, split creatives into sales and remarketing, optimised daily

The brief

There was effectively no marketing department: the team was only being assembled and campaigns were just starting. A system had to be built while entering three markets at once.

  • Built the marketing department: onboarding, task setting, KPI control
  • Separate strategies and ad launches for Poland, the UK and the UAE
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads: media planning, hypothesis testing, scaling what worked
  • Set up collaboration between marketing, the lawyers and the sales team

The brief

Patients came mostly through referrals. The goal was to win local search and make sure people found the clinic through Google.

  • Technical audit and optimisation: speed, mobile version, errors
  • A dedicated page for every service with unique copy
  • Local SEO: Google Business Profile, maps, review management

The honest truth about price

Why €200 and not €2,000?

A small website doesn’t have to include months of approvals and the work of a large team.

I automate the routine part of development — layout, responsive versions, page assembly, first drafts of copy. What I keep for myself is the structure, the offer, the user journey, the design and the analytics. That’s why standard projects launch faster and cost less.

This genuinely works for landing pages and small sites. For a store with integrations or custom logic, the timeline and price are different — I’ll tell you during the review.

About the founder

You work directly with the specialist

My name is Dmytro Ovcharenko. For more than twelve years I’ve worked on websites, advertising and analytics — I started with Ukrainian companies and went on to work with businesses in Europe, the US and the UAE.

I worked on projects at the BulStream agency and built the marketing department of an international law firm: from hiring and onboarding people to launching ads in three markets.

At Disturbeedi I bring web development and client acquisition together, so a project doesn’t fall apart into separate tasks for different contractors. You talk directly to the person who does the work and understands how the website connects to ads, analytics and revenue.

FAQ

What people usually ask

I don’t sell templates. The price is lower because the routine part — layout, responsive versions, page assembly — is automated and takes hours instead of weeks. The decisions that conversion depends on stay with me: structure, offer, order of sections, form logic. That’s the part you pay for.

Yes, and I take on a limited number of projects at a time. The upside is that the website, ads and analytics are in one pair of hands and nobody passes the blame. The downside: if the job needs a team of five and round-the-clock support, you need an agency. I’ll tell you that on the first call, not a month later.

I don’t guarantee a number of leads, and I’d be wary of anyone who does: results depend on the niche, prices, competition and how you handle enquiries. What I give instead: a fixed price, revisions until sign-off, month-to-month payment for promotion with no lock-in, and a free review before any work starts.

About €1,000 a month in ad spend is a sensible minimum — enough for the Google and Meta algorithms to learn from. Less than that and the money goes, but you don’t get enough data to draw conclusions. You pay the budget directly to the platforms; my work is paid separately.

Non-disclosure agreements. The law firms I’ve worked with don’t allow their names in marketing materials. The numbers are real, and I show the ad accounts on a call. Case studies marked “with BulStream” are projects I ran at that agency — you can find them on its website too.

I’ve had projects in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Spain, the UK, the UAE and the US. I work in English, Ukrainian and Russian. If your audience searches in its own language, I bring in a native speaker: I’m not going to pretend I can write flawless ads in Polish.

The site stays with you: the domain and platform are registered to you and I hand over all access. You’ll be able to make simple edits yourself — I’ll show you how. If you want to develop it further, add pages or run ads, we keep working together, but that’s your choice, not a condition.

Tell me about your project — I’ll suggest where to start

I’ll look at the task and tell you what makes sense to do first: the website, ads, SEO or analytics. If it isn’t a job for me, I’ll tell you that too.

What you get

  • A short review of your site and ads — what stands out straight away
  • A look at competitors: what they show in their ads
  • Where I would start and in what order
  • A budget and timeline range

What you won’t get

  • Promises of “100 leads in a week”
  • Pressure or unannounced calls
  • A service package you don’t need
  • An invoice for the short review
