Google Ads that bring in leads. Not a report full of clicks.

I build and manage Search, remarketing and Shopping campaigns. I set up analytics so you can see the cost per enquiry, not just how much budget was spent.

“In the review I’ll show you how much of your budget goes on searches where nobody buys. It’s usually the first thing I spot.”

Why people come to me

Four situations where I’m usually needed

Campaigns are running, no leads

The budget gets spent, clicks come in, and the phone stays silent. Most often the money goes on searches that never lead to a purchase.

Leads come in, but they’re expensive

Nobody tracks the cost per enquiry, because conversions in the account are either not set up or count the wrong thing.

No idea what’s working

Five campaigns, thirty ad groups, and no answer to which of them actually brings customers.

Your contractor reports clicks

The report shows impressions, CTR and positions. Not a word about leads and what they cost — which is exactly what you’re paying for.

What’s included

What I do with your account

Same approach whether the account is built from scratch or inherited from a previous contractor.

Audit of the current account

If campaigns already exist, I review the structure, search terms and conversions before changing anything.

Keywords and negatives

I collect the searches people actually buy from and cut off the ones that just eat budget.

Campaign structure

Split by service, location and type of demand — so you can manage bids instead of staring at one big pot.

Ads and assets

Headlines that match searches, callouts, sitelinks, prices. These affect cost per click as much as the bid does.

Conversions and GA4

Goals for form submissions, messenger clicks and calls. Without them, campaigns optimise blindly.

Landing page

I’ll tell you what on it gets in the way of an enquiry. If needed, I’ll rebuild it — I make websites too.

Remarketing

Bringing back people who visited the site but didn’t enquire. The cheapest traffic there is, and usually nobody uses it.

Weekly optimisation

Cleaning up search terms, adjusting bids, moving budget between what works and what doesn’t.

A clear report

How much was spent, how many leads came in, what each one cost. No spreadsheets with twenty tabs.

Access stays with you

The account and analytics are registered to you. If we part ways, everything keeps working.

How it works

The first month, week by week

After that it’s monthly work: optimisation, testing new setups, scaling what pays off.

Week 1
Audit and preparationI review the niche, competitors and your current account, if you have one. I build the keyword list and check what happens on the site after the click.
Week 1–2
Setup and launchCampaign structure, ads, conversions and analytics. We launch only after you’ve seen everything.
Week 2–3
Gathering dataCampaigns collect statistics, and every day I clean up search terms and cut out junk traffic.
Week 4
First conclusionsYou can see which ad groups bring leads and at what price. I reallocate the budget and show you the report.
Next
Optimisation and scalingExpanding what works, new locations and services, remarketing. Weekly report, calls as needed.

To be honest about timing: the first leads usually come in the very first week, but there’s nothing to base conclusions about cost per lead on before a month — there’s too little data. Anyone promising results in three days is selling a feeling, not work.

Case studies

Google Ads results

Projects from different niches and countries. Some I ran as part of the BulStream agency — those are marked. Some clients are not named because of NDAs.

What we did

The company was relaunching with a new positioning and two very different audiences — dealers and end buyers. The traffic couldn’t go into one stream.

  • Separate campaigns and landing pages for B2B and B2C
  • Search campaigns on high purchase-intent queries
  • Display network to bring back people who browsed the catalogue
  • Conversions and analytics set up before launch, not after

What we did

Campaigns were already running but wouldn’t scale, and leads were getting lost between the website, social media and calls.

  • Rebuilt the keyword set and campaign structure
  • Two separate landing pages for the highest-margin services
  • Automatic capture of leads into the CRM from the website and calls
  • Updated the service pages — the site’s conversion rate went up by 10%

What we did

Marketing was only taking shape: campaigns were being launched, but with no system and no shared tracking of results.

  • Separate strategies and accounts for each market
  • Media planning and budget allocation across countries
  • Regular hypothesis testing and scaling of what worked
  • Collaboration between marketing, the lawyers and the sales team

A detailed audit with data exports and a written report costs €150, and that amount is deducted from the first month if we start working together. → The ad account, analytics and all data are registered to you.
Monthly payment

No six-month contract. If it doesn’t work for you after the first month, we part ways.

FAQ

Questions about Google Ads

The free review is a twenty-minute conversation: I open your campaigns and site, tell you what I see at first glance and where I’d start. That’s enough to tell whether we have something to talk about. A detailed audit is a day of work: exporting search terms, reviewing structure and bids, checking analytics and a written plan. It costs €150 and is deducted from the first month if we start working together.

No. €500 a month is payment for my work. You pay the budget directly to Google from your own card or account, and see every euro spent in your own dashboard. That leaves fewer reasons for mistrust on either side.

About €1,000 a month. Below that, the algorithms have nothing to learn from and you have nothing to base decisions on: twenty clicks a week won’t tell you anything about cost per lead or traffic quality. If your budget is smaller, it’s more honest to start with the website and SEO and add ads later.

Usually in the first week after launch. But there’s nothing to judge cost per enquiry on before a month: you need to build up statistics and clean out junk searches. So the first month is partly about buying data, and I say this before we start, not after.

First I’ll take a look. Sometimes it’s enough to clean up search terms and set up conversions; sometimes the structure is such that it’s cheaper to start over. I decide after the audit and explain why. I don’t delete old campaigns — I pause them so we can go back if needed.

No, and I’d be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your niche, competition, your prices and how you handle enquiries. What I can guarantee: transparent spend, analytics that work, weekly work on the account and the option to stop after any month.

I work with what you have and tell you right away what on the page gets in the way of an enquiry. If the site really can’t hold traffic, I’ll suggest a landing page for the ads: €200–350 and a week, and it usually pays for itself faster than a month of ads sent to a weak page. I won’t push it — it’s your call.

You do. The account is registered in your name and I work with access to it. All campaign history, audiences and conversion data stay with you, even if we stop working together.
